Mr. Er Kwong Wah requires no further introduction. His credentials speak volumes of his contributions for both civil service administration and the private sectors.  A whopping 27-year term, he retired as Permanent Secretary with the Ministry of Education, being actively involved in the planning and development of various secondary and tertiary educational institutions in Singapore and across Asia. Upon retirement, he continued setting footprints, serving as Governor, maintaining membership and advisory positions on the Board of Advisors, Board of Trustees with renowned institutions.

At present, he sits as an independent director on the Boards of several public companies listed in Singapore. The public companies include COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) Ltd, CFM Holdings Ltd, The Place Holdings Ltd, ecoWise Holdings Ltd, Chaswood Resources Ltd, and Luxking Group Holdings Ltd.

An Officer in a central bank, the Chief Foreign Exchange Dealer in a local bank, the Managing Director of a global stockbroking firm, the Regional Market Manager of a regional private bank and a CEO of an asset manager for a real estate investment trust. The Adjunct Faculty in Corporate Governance and Capital Markets in three local universities. And deservingly, a master of M&A (Mergers & Acquisition) and Corporate Restructuring.

He is a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programme) Master Practitioner and Master Trainer, taught in person by Dr. Mel Gill (Founder, Master Trainer Institute of New York). He is also a certified Advance Behavioral Analyst and a Governance, Risk Assessment and Compliance Practitioner.

He is a prolific Copy-Editor/ Business Writer, taking close efforts to research and understand clients and their needs, prior to putting pen to paper. And he turns out unique copies every time, driving through ideas to be conveyed in the straightest fashion.

Allan has written, edited and pieced works in both English and Chinese languages for varied purposes, of which include Business & Grant Propositions, Investment Briefs, Corporate/ Individual Profiles, Individual Resumes/ CVs, Corporate/ Media Information Kits, Press Releases/ Advertorials/ Feature Stories, Award Pitches, Physical/ Online Marketing Materials/ Web Content as well as Training/ Learning Content Development.

Allan is a genie at human networking.
